The Pirinea Group is the leading national producer of large trout, caviar and sturgeon, and is made up of 6 large fish farms. Four of them are located in the foothills of the Pyrenees and the other two in Galicia.
Since 2013, we have been working to strengthen Spanish continental aquaculture, currently producing 6,000 tonnes per year of trout weighing more than 3 kg.Our fish farmers take care of our trout throughout their life cycle through responsible and sustainable farming methods, following our manual of good practices, respectful of animal welfare and the environment.
