JOSMAR® supplies, turnkey, complete processing lines specifically designed to process cephalopods such as: squid, flying-squid, jumbo squid, cuttlefish or octopus.

The cephalopod processing lines are equipped with machines and systems to efficiently perform all phases of the process.

• Initial stages: defrosting, washing, curling, gutting, peeling, cutting of rings or strips,
• Intermediate stages: treatments for tenderising, blanching and rehydrating.
• Final stages: scalding, pre-cooling, glazing, weighing and packaging.
