SEA BREAD HEAD-CUTTING MACHINE, JM-459

The JOSMAR JM-459 machine has been designed for efficient de-heading of sea bream, both on board ships and in shore factories.  

Specifications:

Species processed: Sea bream. (Sparus aurata).

Capacity: Up to 40 fish/min.

Working range:

• Length: From 200mm to 270mm total length.
• Weight: 300-400g/ 400-600g / 600-800g. Blade diameter: 150 mm.

Cutting type: oblique, "V" shaped, with option of regulation in cutting orientation, as required.

Manufacture: In stainless steel. AISI-316, corrosion resistant materials and food grade plastic.

Safety: Provided with emergency stop device.
