FINE-GRINDER MACHINE, JM-310

The JOSMAR JM-310 Fine-Grinder machine has been designed for crushing all kinds of organic material into small particles (measures approx. 25 x 25 mm).

Specially designed to grind fish byproducts obtained during its processing. 

Applicable for organic material generated by different industries: 

• Fish: For shredding spines, heads, filleting process trimmings, and other byproducts generated in handling processes.
• Poultry: For shredding into fine particles the pieces coming from the carcass shredders.
• Meat: For fine particles from bone and offal.

Fruit & vegetables: For shredding of fruit in bad condition, to lower volume and use of compost. Grinding byproducts into fine particles, by means of two rollers with blades that rotate synchronously against rotation.

Specially designed to crush by-products of fish and cooked meat before separating the fat in the fishmeal manufacturing processes.

The blades are made of special wear-resistant stainless steel.

Equipped with feeding hopper for the introduction of the products to be crushed.

The structure of the machine and the hopper are made of AISI-316 stainless steel.

In case of blockage, an automatic anti-clogging device is automatically activated.

Available with electric or hydraulic motors. The hydraulic version is provided with a hydraulic power pack.
