FISH WASHING MACHINES

This fish washer with a rotating drum and pressurized water nozzles allows for washing fish and cephalopods in an effective and continuous way.

It is ideal for installation in continuous fish processing lines. 

To wash the product, it is inserted into a prism or hexagonal “drum” built with a perforated plate, which rotates around its axis.

Inside the drum, there is a helicoid manufactured in plate welded to the drum, which when rotating moves the fish forward smoothly and continuously, and turns it continuously so that the water washes it from all sides.

The pressurized water coming from the nozzles installed in a pipe inside the drum effectively washes the fish along its entire length.
