IMMERSION GLAZING MACHINE

Equipment designed to glaze the product continuously, by immersion in a tank full of iced water.

This is the ideal system for glazing frozen block or IQF products where a wide range of glazing is desired.

The product is transferred through the tank by means of a conveyor belt.

The immersion time of the product is adjusted by varying the speed of the conveyor, to obtain the percentage of glaze required in each process.
