JM-907 SEA BASS HEAD-CUTTING, GUTTING & FILLETING MACHINE

The Sea bass Filleting Machine JM-907 has been designed specifically for heading, gutting and filleting sea bass efficiently and with optimal yield.

The machine processes whole fish. Its special system of heading and filleting guarantees the production of fillets with a regular cut, smooth surface and bone-free.

Designed to fillet the most common sizes of seabass available in the market:
