We only purchase fish and seafood during the campaign season and at times of peak quality. We are especially particular about the origin of our raw materials, using only Galician seafood and fish from the Cantabrian Sea.

We live off the sea, and that is why we maintain a strict commitment to it: we advocate for sustainable fishing and respect closed seasons and catch limits.

Additionally, we take great care in purchasing fresh products and transporting them from the fish markets to our facilities.
